An evening given over to Spanish and Portuguese wine worth taking seriously: bottles chosen for quality rather than novelty, poured to taste rather than described across a counter.
What is open changes month to month. What does not change is the standard — these are wines Victor stands behind, and the kind that make more sense with a glass in hand than from a shelf talker.
Accoutrements are available à la carte, so you can build a plate alongside the glasses or leave it at the wine.
